ZAIK | PROFITRAINING
In these classes I would like to share basic ideas and movement principles from the Axis Syllabus research community, which I am currently studying with. We will explore some aspects of the way our body is build with an intention to discover movement possibilities that are already, inherently, implied by it's anatomy. What is there before we put a layer of a certain style or aesthetics on top? And, at the same time, what kind of aesthetics arise from not wanting to adhere to existing styles? We will also consider physical forces that are an integrate part of the environment in which we move and play with them! Let's get curious and start from slow, simple and explorative to proceed to dynamic, complex and expressive!
