SALIM BEN MAMMAR
My teaching incorporates my knowledge from various movement disciplines and I focus on fusing these techniques as opposed to separating them. Parkour, dance, sports, mediation, Gyrokinesis®, animal movements and the playing child serve as inspiration . It is important to me that we have fun with the movement. It should be fun to learn, it should be fun to fail. Failure and challenge are part of my style. I always try to switch from comfort-zone to overload. Movement means possibilities.
The class will start with a parkour warm up, in which we do different exercises and exercise games for strength, endurance and improving coordination and continue with a blend of contemporary dance, floorwork and parkour into the movement language I would like to work on.
